Overall Feedback:
78% positive
71% were satisfied with the build quality, but 29% thought it felt flimsy
The build quality of the patio-bistro-sets is not good and they will not last for more than a few years in the AZ sun. However, they look nice and the price is reasonable.
I found the table easy to assemble, but the chairs were difficult, especially the seat part, because the allen wrench didn't fit.
I had to use my own washers as three were missing from the hardware, indicating a problem with the build quality of the patio-bistro-sets.
While assembling one of the chairs, I noticed that not all the holes were aligned, resulting in two damaged screws. However, the set is still great.
71% appreciated the comfort, but 29% said it was uncomfortable
I love the patio-bistro-sets because they are sturdy and comfortable.
I love the set and find the chairs very comfortable. We had to order separate cubes as footrest.
The cushions are fairly comfortable and the set fits and sits well.
I am able to sit in the chair and feel somewhat comfortable. My weight gives an idea of my comfort level.
If I am a wide person, these patio-bistro-sets will most likely not be comfortable for me.
72% liked the stylish design, but 28% considered it outdated
I love the design and aesthetics of the patio-bistro-sets. They make my front porch look good.
I wanted a specific color for my patio-bistro-set, but the one I received was different. The glass plate on the table is attached with suction cups on the table, not the glass, which is a drawback for me.
I find the patio-bistro-set cute but not great.
71% found it easy to assemble, but 29% had trouble with it
Assembling the table was super easy, but the chairs were a bit difficult due to the allen wrench not fitting.
The installation of the patio-bistro-set seemed easy theoretically if you have the instructions and know how to use an Allen key. However, I faced issues while installing the set due to the wicker strands that were not placed evenly. Also, a shorter Allen key could have been provided by the company.
Believe every review that mentions the difficulty of assembling the patio-bistro-sets.
69% liked the easy maintenance, but 31% said it was cumbersome
The legs of both chairs are not aligned properly, which can be a maintenance issue.
I faced difficulty with tightening due to my arthritic hands.
The assembly process was tough, requiring a lot of adjustments and backtracking. I had to use a drill because it was impossible to get some with my hands.
72% highlighted the portability
I love the patio-bistro-sets despite some minor issues with assembly and stability. It is sturdy and worth the price.
69% found the size perfect, but 31% felt it was too small
The patio-bistro-sets are comfortable to sit in and look nice on my small balcony.
I am the only person using it and I can sit in the chair comfortably. My weight is 149 pounds.
The product took some time to assemble and came out a little wobbly. It's also a bit darker than pictured.
The table appears larger than it actually is.
71% liked the stability, but 29% mentioned it was wobbly
I had to stabilize the wobbly legs of the chair by placing a caster under one leg of each chair.
Both chairs have misaligned legs, which makes the patio-bistro-set unstable.
I am concerned about the stability of the patio-bistro-sets. I have not yet installed all the screws and do not expect it to last long.
After tightening the chairs, I realized that the right front leg of both chairs was floating off the ground, causing them to wobble.
77% appreciated the weather resistance
I will have to remember to take the cushions inside when it rains, but the patio-bistro-sets look great on our balcony.
The build quality of the patio-bistro-sets is not good and they will not last for more than a few years in the AZ sun. However, they look nice and the price is reasonable.
The patio-bistro-set seems well made and sturdy, but it doesn't rock very big.
