The cushions are comparable to thick cushions from Pier One and the chairs are deep, super comfortable, and rock and spin. Overall, they deserve a 5-star rating for their look and comfort.
The cushions are firmer than I prefer, but I find them comfortable with a lumbar support pillow.
The seat cushion is just thick foam and not comfortable.

Assembling things is something I enjoy, so the assembly process was fairly easy for me.
I assembled the chairs and table in an hour and found it pretty easy. The instructions were clear and the product seems to be sturdy and comfortable.
Assembling the patio-bistro-sets was not easy with the provided tools. I had to use my own tools and it took me 3 hours to assemble it.
Some of the holes were difficult to line up with the threaded inserts.
