As an artist, colors really make a difference to me, even though it may not be a big deal for others.
I love using the paint pens because of their vibrant and consistent colors. They always amaze people.
The paint colors are fairly vibrant, but the white is a bit opaque on glass and needs to be put on pretty thick. Even then, it is not a really bright color.

The tips of the paint pens were in good condition even after using them on an uneven rough rock, just like when I first took them out of the box.
The blunt tip measures 3.0mm and switching to the chiseled side gives a 5.0mm tip.
After one use, the nibs dried out and cannot be reactivated, indicating poor tip durability.

I enjoy using these pens on my rocks as they work really well. They have nice vibrant colors and are easy to use.
I was impressed that the paint pens were waterproof and could only be removed with rubbing alcohol.
I cannot seal the pens with water-based polyurethane as they smear and run.
I expected the pens to be water resistant but when I washed the rock that I had painted, all the lines started washing off too. The pens also blob and splatter.
