I discovered someone's personal medical information in the pad/folder, which is a negative experience with the closure system of the padfolio.
I have complained that the padfolio's binding started to tear just after one year of use. The seams that make the pockets and the interior binding are from what looks like melted or sealed plastic/nylon. With the tear, I can see the foam and hard cardboard inside. Though it is a small tear, I surmise that it will continue to grow with repeated folding.

I like that the edges are brass metal, but some people mistake it for a music folder.
