I found the dispenser to be of poor quality. It is small and easy to lose due to the clear see-through plastic. Additionally, it is flimsy and I accidentally dropped it, breaking the protective cover that shields the tape during storage.
The packing tape is sealed together and cannot be opened without breaking it, unlike cassettes where a pencil eraser could be used to wind them back up.
