I was disappointed with the vegetable quality of the packaged soup. I expected it to be thick and chunky with bacon chunks and nice potatoes, but it only had 8-10 tiny chunks of potatoes and the rest was liquid.
I have been purchasing this soup since my childhood and it still tastes good. My wife taught me to prepare it with milk instead of water for a creamier texture and taste.
I find the lid difficult to remove with arthritic hands, but still like the heating convenience of the product.
