I use the broth as a hot beverage during cold weather bike rides. I take it in thermos bottles that fit in the water cages of my bike. I add some ground black pepper, a dash of red pepper sauce and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. It's a good beverage to get warmed up if I am outside during the cold or coming in from the cold. It's fast and effective.
I use this product instead of salt to season various dishes like gravy, steaks, briskets, rice, etc.
