My favorite way to use the bouillon cubes is to quickly make the broth in the morning and then pour it into a slow-cooker with some oxtail or beef shank on the low setting. After 9 hours, I skim the fat from the broth, add noodles, onions, and scallions, and then add a bit of hoisin, lime juice, and sriracha. This shows that I have found a convenient way to use the bouillon cubes.
