The cushions are comfortable and stay in place when adjusting the cannula on my face.
My mother has sensitive skin and the tubing of the oxygen therapy product made her skin sore/overly sensitive, which resulted in her not using it as much as she should have. However, after ordering the product, her skin is no longer sore/overly sensitive and she uses it more frequently now.
