It is very easy to assemble. The hooks arrive in one of the pockets, slip through holes in the top of the bag, position on the back of a door and away you go!
I was able to bend and break the metal spacer tabs attached to the hook with a tiny weld.
Installing the shoe organizer was easy and secure with the metal grommets.
The hooks have a well-designed springy tab that keeps them firmly held onto the door, preventing things from sliding off or flopping around.
