I found that the organizer fits most of my shoes comfortably. However, I could only fit one pair of wider shoes in each pocket, and it only worked for some shoes. I was able to fit two high heels in one pocket. Certain sneakers fit - the softer running shoes. Other sneakers fit, or were tight, depending on how bulky they were.
The shoe organizer has pockets that can fit my 9.5M shoes, dress shoes or boots fit one per pocket, while slip ons and flip flops easily fit a pair per pocket.
If you have big feet, size 12 mens US and up, these pockets might not fit your shoes.
The organizer doesn't stay on the door, which is not helpful.
