I bought the product because it claimed to fit shoes up to size 13, but it did not fit my size 11 shoes. The product's own demonstration showed that it could fit shoes of that size, leading me to believe that it was false advertising.
My wife's shoes can fit in two slots if they are flats or low profile shoes, but my husband's shoes can only fit in one slot.

I was able to easily fit my size 6-6.5 womens shoes (ankle boots, flats, heels, sneakers) inside the pockets.
I am frustrated with the storage capacity of the organizer as it cannot store 2 1/2 pairs of shoes.
The hooks are not strong enough, but the pockets themselves have no defects.
