I have personally faced the problem of the case requiring a specific folded orientation and a label inside reminding me of the yoga pose the headphones need to make in order to fit.
I am looking for a simple and portable headphone that I can take with me to the gym, walks, or on an airplane without worrying about dropping, scratching, or breaking them.
