The comfort level of these headphones is comparable to Bose.
92% found it easy to connect
I paired the headphones with my PC and cell phone effortlessly and experienced no choppy audio or signal interference, which is a significant advantage for wireless and bluetooth devices.
The headphones have a wireless gaming mode, but it's also nice to be able to plug them in via USB-C and listen through that.
88% admired the microphone quality, nevertheless, 12% encountered glitches
For their price, these Edifiers have impressive ANC.
As soon as I load the microphone into the computer, the audio quality drops to garbage grade or disappears entirely and stays gone until I unload the microphone.
When I take calls, the sound quality changes and gets worse.
95% were satisfied with the noise cancellation, but 5% found it insufficient
I compared the noise cancellation of Edifier headphones with Sony and Bose headphones and found that Edifier headphones are better. They have noise cancellation and ambient mode which can be controlled through the app. The sound is bright on these and if you are looking for bass cannons, these are not the headphones you are looking for.
The noise cancellation works pretty well, but it doesn't cancel 100% of background noise.
Even when I turn on the noise cancellation, I can still hear everything around me and it's not great.
I can easily hear music over the intercom and conversations around me, as the noise cancellation is not that great.
I have to put an active effort to hear my fianc speaking at a normal volume when noise cancellation is on.
93% liked the sound quality
I am impressed with the sound quality of these headphones and keeping an eye on the price reduction of the Edifier STAX Spirit S3, which are currently $400. If these headphones sound and work this well for their price, then the STAX must be the best sounding headphones ever made.
The sound quality is clean, but the volume is not very loud and the bass is not heavy.
I can use these headphones for multiple hours a day, toggling between using the noise cancellation and listening without, and can go multiple days without a charge.
