The microphone quality for calls and game chat is really good.
The headphones have decent passive sound isolation despite the absence of noise canceling.
I tested the microphone quality of these headphones on a Zoom call and found it to be very basic. The performance was similar to that tested by sound guys dot com.

I love the ability to use the headphones wirelessly.
The frequency response/range is perfect at 15Hz-20kHz, which is the maximum range my ears can handle.
I suggest ensuring that your computer has Bluetooth or buying an adapter to make the wireless work. I had to buy an ASUS adapter to make the wireless work
Low latency helps with media consumption, but there might be a slight lag.

I compared the Audio Technica headphones with another brand and found that they do not have noise cancellation feature.
The headphone doesn't have ANC, but the padding over each muff blocks out harsh sounds well.
I can still hear outside noises with the noise cancelling feature, but it doesn't bother me much.
I have other headphones with great noise cancellation even in a woodshop environment, but they are also $300.

I am very impressed by the battery life of these headphones. They can hold an entire session of production without getting a low battery notification. I got my first low battery after couple of weeks.
The battery life lasts for at least 4 days with 10ish hours of usage per day and is great.
I get about two weeks of listening before the battery life is medium.

The headphones fit snugly to my ears and the buttons are on the left side, which may take some time to get used to.
The headphones have a comfortable fit for my large head, and the finish is clean and nice, and the packaging is simple premium.
I find that the ear cups fit well and go completely over my ears. They feel snug but not uncomfortable.
The headphones fit comfortably, especially for someone with a large head.
