It was extremely easy for me to set up, control the temperature and clean up. The included water pan made it easy to maintain 225 for hours without drying out the meat, and the venting allowed me to raise it up to 425 for a crisp finish. Each rack and pan pulls out easily for quick clean up.
I found the assembly of this grill relatively easy, but it took some time to complete.
