The generator is well built and of high quality. Although, we faced issues with loose bolts on the motor mount straight out of the box and one came loose after 4 days of continuous run time on the 30 amp plug.

It is essential to tighten every nut/bolt every 6-8 hours. I discovered this when I heard the unit change sound and found the exhaust completely off and a broken bolt/stud that holds the exhaust on.
I feel that the recommended oil changes at 20 hours by the manufacturer are too frequent.
I was unable to keep it running during a periodic check.
Initially, we thought it was a bad propane regulator, but it turned out to be something else.
