About fissfire 35 inch Fire Pit, Outdoor Wood Burning Fire Pit
Overall Feedback:
69% positive
77% appreciated the heat output, while 23% wished for a more
I noticed that nothing warped during the bonfire, which suggests that the heat output of the fire pit was sufficient to melt or warp the material.
I noticed that the first fire had a chemical smell, the chemicals applied during manufacturing were burning off and affecting the heat output of the outdoor fire pit.
If the wood is wet or damp, it's difficult to sit around the firepit with the smoke twirling around.
After using it once, the paint peeled, bubbled, and burned right off. This means an extremely high heat output.
77% liked size and capacity, but 23% found it too small
The screws, nuts, and bolts are made of cheap material that strips easily and the pre-drilled holes don't align.
71% felt secure with the added safety measures, but 29% raised concens
The pit has held up extremely well and is quite sturdy despite being outside in the sun/rain/hail the whole time.
After using it for one time, the paint of the fire pit peeled, bubbled and burned right off.
83% appreciated its multi-functional capabilities, yet 17% desired more
Assembling was not difficult, but the screws, nuts, and bolts were made of cheap material that strips easily and some pre-drilled holes didn't align.
76% praised the material durability, yet 24% didn't
I have used the pit for 7 months and had around 20-30 fires. It has been outside in the sun/rain/hail the whole time.
I need a cover for the fire pit to prevent embers from blowing out when I go inside the house.
I found that the screws, nuts, and bolts were made of cheap material that easily stripped and a couple of pre-drilled holes didn't align.
77% found assembly a breeze, but 23% struggled
I had to make some adjustments to set it up as the ground was uneven. I set it up inside on the floor, which worked for me.
It's a two-person job to assemble the firepit, mainly because of the side panels. It can be done with one person, but it would be frustrating and would require extra hands to hold areas.
I need a cover for the firepit to prevent embers from blowing out when I go inside the house.
It will take around 45 minutes to an hour to assemble with a lot of parts and hardware to put together.
I bought this outdoor-fire-pit for my patio and used a heat pad to save the concrete.
