I wanted an accurate reading of my body temperature with a simple oral thermometer. This thermometer is inexpensive and takes about a minute to get an accurate reading, sometimes taking a little longer. I am satisfied with its accuracy.
The thermometer is not accurate as everyone in the house registered below 98.3, even when we had body sweats and obvious signs of fever.
