I find the controls of this light to be simple and easy to use. The dial to adjust brightness and the other to adjust the color temperature are user-friendly. Pressing the menu button guides you through the light's other features such as RGB and FX. This shows that I have found the adjustability of the light to be good based on my experience.

The battery life is excellent and it can be charged via a USB-C port.
At full power, the battery life lasts for about 2 hours and 46 minutes, which is impressive.
The battery life is unknown to me, but it can run on USB at full brightness indefinitely, which is excellent for long indoor work.
The rechargeable battery lasts up to 3 hours per charge, even at the brightest setting.
