This light has RGB LEDs with red, green, blue, and white light options and a continuously adjustable color temperature of 2500k to 8500k, providing great versatility.
The only drawback of this light is the lack of Bluetooth control, unlike other lights I have purchased.

The battery life is amazing. I typically charge the light every two to three days. The daily productions range from 15 min of recording time up to an hour. It has not dropped below 50% battery on any day including three days in between charges.
The battery life is great and it charges via USB-C. I get a fair few hours out of it depending on the settings.
