I recommend this product as it is the brightest light in the smallest package possible.
I am frustrated that the light can only be attached to the Gopro media mod without an adaptor. It would be better if it had a more common hotshoe for use on other cameras.
The light mod doesn't fit snugly with a standard shoe and there's no clear information about it. It can slide into a standard shoe but nothing holds it in place, so it can slide out just as easily.

I cannot comment on the battery life yet as I have not used it continuously, but for the time being, it is better than expected.
The battery life is very impressive.
Initially, I had concerns about not being able to change out the battery, but it has not been an issue so far.
