The non-stick surface of the pan is easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.
I found the pan easy to clean with the sturdy silicone brush and spatula that are meant to be used with it.

The pan has better quality than expected with a heavier metal that distributes heat evenly. It is not made of cheap aluminum that could easily dent and be more trouble than it is worth.
