I have noticed that the formulation of ethyl ester is of low quality and prone to oxidation. Additionally, I found that ethyl ester form is the least well absorbed and must be consumed with food.
The size of the capsules is much larger than other fish capsules, which makes me wonder if this is just more actual fish oil or if others are concentrated.
