I use gummies for all my vitamins and minerals and decided to try Omega-3 gummies when I decided to go back to taking Omega-3.

The serving size of the gummy contains only 40 mg of Perilla Oil, which is an excellent source of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9. You get around 24 mg of Omega-3 oil and 5.6 mg of Omega-6 from this serving.
I was not seeing any effects after 30 days and then I checked the product and found that it does not even specify the dosage of Omega.
