About Cosco White Retro Counter Chair / Step Stool
Overall Feedback:
81% positive
72% praised for its ergonomic design, but 28% found it didn't quite fit their body type
I like the 2 step levels. If I'm agile, it's fine. But if I have balance issues, it may not feel safe, although the back of the chair provides something to hold onto.
The stool requires a lot of effort to adjust and is difficult to use.
70% appreciated the high-quality materials used, although 30% found them somewhat flimsy
I am frustrated with the product's quality and suggest that the company should return to the original materials and methods used in the past.
The materials used in our product are cheap and the steps are not spaced out well enough, which can be a tripping hazard. Also, the seat needs to be removed to put on the backrest and then reinstalled.
The stool is uncomfortable to sit on and the vinyl tears easily.
68% liked the non-slip feet for added stability, although 32% found them not entirely effective
The step stool is wobbly, uneven and slides around, which can be dangerous on tile or wooden floors.
76% praised for its stability and balance, while 24% had concerns about tipping
Sometimes I don't feel stable while standing on it, especially if I lean slightly.
I feel unstable on the stool because the step part is not extended far enough.
76% appreciated the adjustable step height, but 24% found it didn't quite reach their needs
The taller height of the chair makes it easier for me to go from sitting to standing.
I like that it has 2 step levels and is suitable for someone who is fairly agile.
The stool appears to be for petite people as it is small and compact with steps at just 9+ and 17+ inches high.
76% appreciated the textured step surface, but 24% found it not quite grippy enough
Sliding across the floor is not comfortable for me.
70% liked its high weight capacity, while 30% had concerns about exceeding the limit
I feel secure sitting and standing on the stool, and I am just over 200 lbs.
I am concerned that the chair may collapse under me despite the claim that it supports up to 225 lbs.
I like the 2 step levels. If I'm agile, it's fine. But if I have balance issues, it may not feel safe, although the back of the chair provides something to hold onto.
The step stool is perfect for reaching the top shelf and can be easily folded and stored in a closet, indicating my positive sentiment towards ergonomics.
