The first thing I noticed was the ergonomic design of the handle. Its shaped to fit comfortably in my hand, allowing for a secure grip whether Im sipping coffee at home or taking it on the go.

I am disappointed with the material quality of the mug. The black color is wearing off after the 2nd use and hand washing, which raises concerns about the safety of the mug.
