The gel remover works extremely well. I apply it to my gel polished nails and wait for at least 5 minutes, sometimes up to 10 minutes, while it does its magic. I scrape the bubbled-up gel polish off with the tools provided, although I find the one thats like a rounded, cuticle pusher/scraper works best. Sometimes I have to do a second application to get all of the gel polish off, but thats typical of this type of remover.
