I bought GROZAB large 4"x8" patches and they work great. The large area of the patches calms my lower and mid back at the same time.
I received a unit with two leads, a starter set of re-usable pads, battery included, and a nice carrying case that also holds some pads.
I faced a problem with the first accessory where the leads were loose. The replacement accessory is tight where the leads are plugged into the device, but loose where they are plugged into the pads. I prefer it this way.
