The unit delivers quite a punch for massaging my hand surgery scars and seems to be well made.
After using Rolyan scar massagers for 20 years and buying a new one after a decade or so, I am disappointed with the build quality. It is almost useless and slightly better than the cheapo competition. Although they used to be very good and helped minimize new scarring, I would pay whatever the cost was for a quality product. This is not a quality product.

I recommend applying a small amount of lotion before using the massager. The gliding massage works wonders on pinpoint areas of discomfort.
I suggest storing the heads of the massager inside the cap instead of a separate plastic baggie.
