Ashwagandha is a new ingredient that should not be taken for more than 3 months consecutively due to adverse effects and it does not mix well with other meds.
I noticed an issue with my skin breaking out after I saw that the multivitamins I was using recently added more biotin. This led me to believe that biotin is the only supplement that causes breakouts.
75% found the dosage precision helpful, however 25% raised concerns
I am taking out the vitamins from the bottle one by one now that they are fine.
I have drastically increased the dosage of my multivitamin and removed prebiotics/probiotics while adding Ashwagandha.
71% praised the high-quality ingredients, but 29% had concerns
I would not want to take the vitamin supplement daily as it now contains harmful maltodextrin.

The multivitamin contains ashwagandha which can interfere with medications and cause liver damage. I went for blood work and for the first time in over 40 years of my life, my blood work came back as having elevated liver enzymes.
After finishing half the bottle, I noticed a few black spots on me but didn't think anything of it. Then after another 2 weeks, there were many black spots so I looked at the reviews and found that a couple of them reported moldiness.
72% were satisfied with the nutrient balance but 28% weren't
After undergoing multiple blood tests, cat scans, and bells palsy, I found out that I had a toxic amount of vitamin b6 in my system.
My recent bloodwork showed elevated liver enzymes after taking the vitamin.
64% found the taste and odor pleasant, while 36% didn't
I could not detect a strong flavor/taste, but found the smell of the bottle to be a bit unusual.
I experienced that the vitamins went bad before the expiry date. I reached out to customer service last week, but they refused to help as the purchase date was over 60 days ago. I explained that the product had gone bad before the expiry date and asked them to reconsider, but they still refused to stand by their product.

I found a capsule that had completely busted open and there was a lot of loose powder, which raises concerns about the contaminants in the multivitamin.
The bottle contains 300 vitamins and is good for 150 days at recommended dosage. It will last around 5 months for the price of 16 dollars.
