The pills are easy to swallow with no taste, despite their size.
I have noticed that some reviewers have complained about the odor and/or taste of the multivitamins. I assume they are not used to taking adult vitamins, which I have taken and find quite pungent. It smells bad, but just like a highly potent supplement.
