About One A Day Men's 50+ Healthy Advantage Multivitamin
Overall Feedback:
77% positive
93% liked the quantity
I returned the product to Bayer and they issued a refund because there was so much left in the bottle.
91% found the dosage precision helpful, however 9% raised concerns
I felt nauseous after taking the vitamin, indicating an issue with the dosage precision of the multivitamin.
93% praised the high-quality ingredients, but 7% had concerns
I shared the vitamins with two individuals, one in his 20's and the other in his mid 80's (my father), and both of us had severe vomiting, indicating poor quality of ingredients in the multivitamins.
I developed a rash on various parts of my body after taking the multivitamins for a week.
I had a horrendous case of flatulence after taking the multivitamins.
I experienced nausea and headache after taking the multivitamin, which could be due to the quality of ingredients used.
90% were satisfied with the nutrient balance
The multivitamin contains important vitamins like A, C, E, B6, and B12 that help maintain health.
I found out that the multivitamin contains 20mg of vitamin B6 which is 1176% of the daily value needed by our bodies. There are multiple reported issues of B6 causing Peripherial Neuropathy when taking in either extremely large doses or slightly larger doses over a period of multiple years. It's concerning that B6 induced Peripherial Neuropathy has been an issue since the 1980s and it's still allowed to be sold in high doses within multi-vitamins.
