During my blood work, the supplement kept my blood sugar numbers excellent, but it did not help much in controlling it.
I had a neurologist run a test on my Vitamin B6 level and found that it was much higher than the normal range, which caused pain, nerve damage, tingling, and numbness. I take no other supplements containing B6, so it can be inferred that I am taking this multivitamin supplement and the high level of Vitamin B6 is due to the supplement.
