I find the mug uncomfortable to hold as it has no handle, except for a narrow band of silicone.
The cork grip is very awkward to hold, especially on the large size, and touching the glass if it is full of something hot is really painful.

The mug is made of cheap plastic and gets soft when heated by coffee. It tears from turning to cover the hole even if I am very gentle with it after 3-4 months.
