After one trip through the dishwasher, our mugs seem to have condensation in the glass walls forever.

The handle of the mug is difficult to grip when it's full and there's no room to slip fingers into it. I wouldn't buy it again or give it to someone. The handle needs to come straight out and then down and back to the cup.
