I am satisfied with the adjustability of the monopod. The twist lock system is very precise and can be adjusted to any length. The ball head allows me to position the camera in any direction and it is secure without any movement.

The product has a textured, rubber grip that feels secure in my hand. The included wrist strap adds to the security. It is lightweight and easy to hold for extended periods, even for my wife who complains about her upper body strength.
