I have found this monitor mount to be more adjustable than prior mounts I owned and it holds the monitor in place without loosening.
This monitor mount has more flexibility to adjust with my standing desk, which helps me not to sit in one position throughout my 10 hour shifts. I can easily pull them forward to see better or push them all the way back to make some more space for notes, tablet, lunch etc. I can also easily adjust them higher or lower, landscape or portrait.
