I faced issues with the adjustability of the monitor stand. I had to rotate the adjustment mechanisms so much that the screens started to wiggle around and still, the level was off.
The monitor stand does not adjust as per my preference.
Adjusting the monitor height is a huge pain.

The monitor stand is ridiculously easy to set up as most of it comes pre-assembled.
Assembling the stand was very easy.
The mounting bracket makes it easy for me to mount the monitors solo. I attach it to the VESA mount on the LCD and then slide it on and tighten it with a retaining screw.
Setting up was simple enough.
