I have never gotten anywhere close to the advertised speed of 800Mbps with this modem. The fastest I have ever gotten from this device is more like 80Mbps.
I paid for 400m but only received 150m from the equipment, despite it being advertised as high speed.

I found the installation process of the modem-router-combo easy, but faced some difficulty in connecting it. I had to talk to my internet provider tech staff to make it work.
Once I got the signal to the router, the installation process was easy.

In my garage and backyard, the wireless range of this modem-router-combo provides tolerable speeds and is pretty good.
The modem-router-combo has dual bands, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, with the latter having the fastest speed but limited range while the former has the slowest speed but expanded range.
The Wi-Fi range of this modem-router-combo is currently horrible and it wasn't always this bad.
Unless I am in the same room as the router, I have terrible signal and my wifi constantly shuts off and turns back on randomly during the day.
