The WIFI speed maxes out at around 70Mbps and slows down when right next to the router. It needs a good 15 feet of space, as I tested with my iPhone 13.

Setting up the unit was easy.
The setup was simple except for the waiting time for everything to load on one bar from my cell phone.
I had to call Comcast for installation assistance and found it difficult to install the unit without their help. I always need to call Comcast for installation, but the process was not too bad except for the automated menu. It took 45-60 minutes for the whole process via text.
