I drank alkaline water for a few weeks and noticed a decrease in blood acidity in the next round of blood tests.
I tested the water with a pH reader and found that it is alkaline water.
I have noticed that the mineral-drinking-water claims to be 9.5 but it is not. I need to boost my body's pH level due to my low pH level and kidney stones. I have been trying to find ways to introduce anything that's higher than 7.5-8ph into my diet to counteract my low pH level and help my immune system as well as my urinary tract/kidney functions. I am not satisfied with the alkalinity of the mineral-drinking-water.
