There was an off taste in the water initially, but it went away after the first sip. Since then, every sip has been fine. It's great now and I'm almost through my first case.
I personally prefer the flavor of my filtered pitcher in the fridge over this mineral-drinking-water, but it's still better than some other brands I've bought on road trips. Everyone has their own taste preferences when it comes to water.
