About Silicon Power 512GB Micro SD Card U3 SDXC microsdxc High Speed MicroSD Memory Card
Overall Feedback:
90% positive
87% appreciated the wide compatibility, though 13% had issues
The card worked seamlessly with my console's mini-SD slot and all my old games downloaded from the cloud without any issues.
I used the card for my switch and filled it up about halfway.
The micro-sd-memory-card is cheaper than the actual switch memory SSD cards and all my switch games worked on it.
I noticed that the SD card is actually a 4GB card, not what it claims to be.
69% appreciated the security features
I inserted the card straight from the package into my console's mini-SD slot. All my old games downloaded from the cloud seamlessly and all old saves worked flawlessly, indicating that the card has good security features.
I use the micro SD card to clean out my phone from work stuff and it works great.
I suggest formatting the SSD card before moving your games into it.
87% praised the storage capacity, while 13% found it limited
I used the card for my switch and filled it up halfway, indicating that the storage capacity of the card is sufficient for my needs.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the microSD card had the storage space and it was a great deal for the price.
If you need a microsd for switch and it is over a certain amount of GB, make sure it is a microsdxc or it will not work.
I am disappointed with the storage capacity of the micro-sd-memory-card. Although I understand that the card is formatted for the target system and I dont get the full as advertised storage capacity, 461 GB comes out to a 10% loss, which seems a bit much.
I had no issues using the product with my Nintendo Switch Lite.
