About AXE MEMORY 64GB microSDXC Memory Card + SD Adapter
Overall Feedback:
81% positive
72% praised the storage capacity
I was skeptical about the 64GB memory card priced at only £10, but it's a great deal for its capacity and speed, perfect for recording 4K videos.
I can store 10 hours of HD 1080p video and tens of thousands of still images on my GoPro Hero 4 using the Axe 128GB Micro SD card with regular SD adapter.
My main aim was to boost the storage capacity of my notebook to the maximum it can take.
80% appreciated the wide compatibility, though 20% had issues
I would expect the card to fit any micro-SD device as it is a standard layout card.
The micro card fits perfectly into my GoPro Hero 4.
I am impressed with the Axe Memory micro SD card's compatibility. It comes with an SD adapter, making it compatible with different equipment from dashcams to SLR cameras. It works with my Epson printer and Motorola smartphone, which is usually a tricky one. I had faced trouble using various memory cards on my phone, but the Axe Memory micro SD card works fine. Many other SD cards from well-known brands didn't work with my Epson printer.
I faced a problem with the compatibility of the AXE micro SD card with my devices. I tried formatting it using Windows 10 format but it didn't work. I found an online Microsoft forum which suggested using an SD card formatter from the internet. I used the Slow method and it was back to working on my PC again. To finally get the AXE 128Gb to work with my laptop, I used a USB card reader bought very cheaply from Amazon.
73% liked the read and write speeds
I have personally experienced impressive transfer speeds while copying different folders onto the card.
Data-transfer rates were pretty good, varying from a few MBps to around 30 MBps while copying/pasting files to the card from my laptop.
The transfer speed is fast and files are copied onto the card in a matter of seconds, indicating a positive experience with the Read and Write Speeds of the micro SD card.
I have used this 256gb micro SD card myself and faced no lag or slowdown while using it as internal storage. It is performing better than the SanDisk one that was previously in there. I am impressed with its performance.
