Overall Feedback:
82% positive
73% praised the storage capacity, while 27% found it limited
I have not completely filled the storage, but it seems to be the genuine amount of storage it claims to be. I have not faced any issues with accessing music or slow file transfer on my phone.
Early tests suggest that the micro SD card has a genuine usable capacity of 58GB.
I personally experienced that one of the micro SD cards burned up and caused damage to the indoor security camera. The heat from the card also burned my finger. Based on my experience, I can say that using the micro SD card can lead to this problem.
My micro SD card has a formatted capacity of 116GB, which is less than 128GB.
87% appreciated the wide compatibility, though 13% had issues
I tested the device on both Lenovo ThinkPad (Win10) and BeeLink GS-1(Android 7.1) and it worked fine, despite negative reviews on device compatibility.
I got a micro SD card for my Amazon Fire 8, which expanded my storage from 16GB to 64GB.
The micro-sd-memory-card is compatible with my tablet and Samsung phone.
I have bought several of these micro SD cards to use in my Foscam R2C and R2 security cameras and they work great.
I believed the card would work with Wyze Cameras based on its product name, but it did not.
The SD card does not work with my dash cam, which I bought it for, but it works with my camera and computer.
I burned my finger on one of the micro SD cards that has burned up.
84% liked the read and write speeds, while 16% didn't like
I observed that the write speed remained above 25MB/s, exceeding UHS-1 requirements.
I performed full write, read/verify passes in H2testw and both cards achieved average write/read speeds of 20.2/62.6 MBs. The contents were verified successfully.
I confirmed that the SpeedOut test shows an average speed of around 40MB/s.
I have observed that the micro SD card has average read speeds of over 80MB/s and writes over 40MB/s (or 640 and 320mbit/s respectively).
I transferred a 5GB file from SSD boot drive to microsd card at a rate of about 11MB/s. It meets minimum U1 speed requirements but is slower than expected.
I have not completely filled the storage, but it seems to be the genuine amount of storage it claims to be. I have not faced any issues with accessing music or slow file transfer on my phone.
I have used this 256gb micro SD card myself and faced no lag or slowdown while using it as internal storage. It is performing better than the SanDisk one that was previously in there. I am impressed with its performance.
