I have been using this seasoning for over 20 years and really like its flavor. It's not too spicy but still gives the flavor of Mexican food. I have a sensitive stomach so I have to be careful about spicy foods. I use it in taco soup, taco meat, etc... and think that the flavors complement the dishes well.
