Im outside for most of the day, and this jacket has kept me warm in some pretty brutal conditions. The thermal insulation keeps me cozy in temperatures down to the low 30s. Its not too thick, so I can still move freely, but it provides the warmth I need for cold mornings and windy afternoons.
