I have not noticed any shrinkage or fabric deterioration in the shirts after washing and hanging them, and they look beautiful.
The shirt quality is pretty good - it's thin and breathable. However, due to my job in law enforcement and wearing a duty belt/carrier vest, the shirt snags way too much.

The 3x fits fine in the shoulders but is tight around my belly. The 4x puts the shoulder seam down around my bicep but allows loose cloth around my waist.
