I own many of these shirts as they are of extremely high quality and fit really nicely. I have not faced any fading issues.
The quality of the shirt has significantly gone down. The fabric feels cheap and is tissue-paper thin. The collars look bent out of shape after one wash.

I am satisfied with the comfort and fit of this shirt. I love dri fit/quick dri type of polos and this amazon shirt surprised me with its comfort. It fits well and is almost like Under Armour, which is expensive for just a simple polo work shirt.
I have a lean athletic build with a 43 chest and a 34 waist. I purchased an XL and it fits perfectly in the arms, shoulders and chest but has a short overall length.
